In step with the learning objectives of this course of study, students of Mechanical Engineering are helped by a Departmental structure in searching and finding a training experience both compulsory (as for Bachelors) and discretionary (as for Masters).
The training experience is a valid occasion to increase competences and to prove the capability to face and solve problems one’s can find in a production reality. In general, it is a way to put to the test before permanently entering in the world of work, continuing to learn. The estimated duration of the training experience must be of at least 450 hours (more or less three months – compulsory duration for Bachelor students). It is heartily recommended to reach about 1000 hours (more or less six months) as for Masters training experiences when made at the same time as master graduation thesis.
